CCS Corporation is located in Spencer, IN. We have been in business since 1977. We typically employ 15-20 people. Spencer is a small town and as such the work atmosphere here is friendly, family-like, yet professional. Of our employees, over 80% are technicians with an average time on the job of over ten years. We operate in an environment of 17,000 sq ft production, 4500 sq ft office, 10,000 sq ft of warehouse. Our building are located on the South side of the square in downtown Spencer.
Our primary focus has always been the repair of microprocessor controlled, addressable set-top boxes used for reception of scrambled television services. Cable TV receivers as well as Satellite TV receivers are serviced. At this time, the bulk of the products serviced are Direct TV satellite receivers where we have fulfilled well over 100,000 orders. CCS Corporation ships refurbished and repaired Direct TV satellite receivers and other set-tops boxes from coast to coast.
At CCS Corporation, we don't just fix the easy ones. All repairs are to the individual component level and we routinely change surface mount IC's. We feel we are at the top of our game in repair of TiVo®, UltimateTV™, and all models of Direct TV High-Definition boxes. We are repairing well over 90% of the satellite receivers we received. All Direct TV receivers can be fixed with the proper know-how.
Although we are Satellite TV specialists we are always in the market for new challenges. We look for items to service that are produced in sufficient quantity to allow our technicians to achieve excellence through experience.
CCS Corporation offers many types of Depot programs from Advanced exchange to Empty carton return. We write our own production and invoicing software in-house so all programs can be customized to conform to the need of our clients.
By the way, we run on Eastern Standard Time. We work from 7:00 to 3:30. (If it is a nice day we might even go home early.) At times, people in California have a hard time calling us. Sorry, but we do not like voice mail systems so not one answers at night. We are here though, just not all the time. Maybe we should get the voice mail going. Just have not taken the time to read the book ;-)
